Stoney Creek United Church, is seeking a community-minded volunteer interested in maintaining our large, older church building. This role involves working approximately 4-6 hours per week alongside our experienced Property Team, where the individual will possess skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This interesting opportunity is ideal for a mature adult, a newly retired individual, or anyone who enjoys preventative maintenance and repair work. The volunteer will gain valuable experience in the day-to-day functionality of our Stoney Creek church while helping to ensure that our many shared spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well maintained for the congregation and numerous community renters.
