Working approximately 4-6 hours per week alongside our experienced Property Team, this individual will possess skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

Stoney Creek United Church is seeking a community-minded volunteer interested in maintaining a large, older church building.

This interesting role would be ideal for a mature adult, newly retired individual, or anyone who enjoys preventative maintenance and repair work. The volunteer will gain experience in the day-to-day functionality of the building while helping ensure our many shared spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well maintained for the congregation and numerous community renters.

Our team consists of members of two congregations, including Pioneer Memorial United Church. Together with our Minister, Lennox Scarlett, we share celebration, learning, mourning and prayer together each Sunday and throughout the week.
